i JUST install it on my pc, the wifi works very well, but my pc doesnt get bluetooth, it may be a driver problem, i just install the most recent drivers from https://www.tp-link.com/es/support/download/archer-tx50e/#Driver, also i got my pc updated trough windows update, OS WINDOWS 10, B550M MOTHERBOARD, AMD RYZEN 3700X

Thank you very much for your patience.

After you installed the official Bluetooth driver and updated the windows system, can you use the Bluetooth now?

If not, please refer to the following suggestions:

  1. • Make sure you have turned on the Bluetooth in your Windows settings. To enable Bluetooth, go to Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and turn on Bluetooth.
  2. • Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices on the computer. If there are, disable all existing Bluetooth devices in Device Manager, then reinstall the adapter and try again;

Just in case, it did not make any difference, please help us get the system info about your computer, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2722/

@Kathy_Z  thank you very much, I just solve it, I havent well connected the USB cable to the PCIe, i just looking again the installation video realized that was my mistake, tu very much!
