Hello

When i bought my Archer T4E my PC didnt recognized my 5G wifi, i reinstalled drivers a couple of times. Nothing.
Today when i started to mess up with router configuration i made my PC recognize the wifi. Theres problem.
On 2.4ghz i have 2Mbps wifi when on phone in my room it is about 50Mbps, on 5G its 11Mbps when phone has 70Mbps
Why? Can i do sth about it?

Thanks for help!

@westereq

Good day!

For your case, could you please help me check the following information:

What is the model number of your wireless router?

Have you tried to change the wireless settings of the router, such as channel 11, channel width 40mhz for 2.4ghz; channel 48/165, channel width 80mhz for 5ghz;

If possible, please also check the negotiation speed for the 2.4ghz and 5gzh, such as https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

And how far away from the router to the computer with the adapter installed?

Thank you~
