Model: TL-WPA7510 KIT  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Suddenly my powerline adapter won't connect to the other one. They connect fine if they are in the same room, but if I move the other one upstairs it doesn't work. They have been working fine before so there is no issue with the house's circuit. I have tried factory resetting multiple times, and pairing again with the other one. Any help is much appreciated.

Good day,

For your case, could you please help us check the following information:

  1. When it has been moved upstairs, was the power-line light off?
  2. Are there any High power appliances plugged around, or could you please plug the power-line extender somewhere else upstairs?
  3. Please try to enable the lower-Vdsl mode on the Wi-Fi extender to reduce the power-line inference；https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2027/

@Kathy_Z Yes I managed to fix this by moving the power line to a different plug socket. On the other one there was a computer, 2 monitors, and a printer that must have been causing interference. Thank you very much for your help
