Hello,

It is explained in the User Guide, which can be downloaded from the tplink website now.

Good day to you no matter where you are.

@vitor_a I'm facing the same problem with a couple of EAP225(US) v3.0 connected to the Controller Version:4.1.5 where they shows as HEARTBEAT MISSING and then come back as CONNECTED. At first I thought it could be a vlan or firewall problem but I couldn't find anything that matches my thoughts.

ps: I know it's not the place to talk about this but where I could find the link to the Omada Cloud SDN? Cliking in the path at the left corner I go nowhere

Well, you are exactly in the right place right now.

It's in Forums of Omada Cloud SDN on SMB Community, though I'm not sure why your screenshot indicates you are in SOHO Community.

Good day to you no matter where you are.
