Deco m9 plus v2 update?

Hello, I would like to know if there will be a new update for this version. I bought this product thinking that I would solve my Internet connection problems, and I see that if it fulfills its function but has very limited functions and for the price it has I find that it does not meet the expectations, that is why I speak for many users who need to know if this version will have a new update since it has been many months and we have only received answers avoiding the subject.
Please we need to know if this version will have a new update and especially if you will have concisable improvements

We can probably just use the instructions and method from the beta firmware to upload this official release firmware (if the Windows update utility is not accepting our correct login info).
I still think, though, they have released/linked the wrong (old) version and there should be a newer release that should have been provided. I am going to wait and see what they reply back with.

@TP-Link_Deco When will we be able to update via the APP? Will the udpate change my IP settings as one of the users stated?

It's my understanding that we can update via the app. Twice I've chatted and they said the app can update........no??

Hi all,
For those whose Deco M9 Plus V2 are still running the older 1.2.x firmware, please follow the below guidance to update your firmware to the newer 1.4.0 version and you will get more features on your Deco system.
1. We have released a new firmware for the Deco M9 Plus V2, and below is the download link, which is marked Deco M9 Plus(EU)_V2_200324, or Deco M9 Plus(US) _V2_200324 on the local official website:

2. This new firmware can ONLY be updated via the Upgrade Tool, you cannot update it via web nor on the Deco app. Upgrade Tool can be downloaded from the below link and there is a guide in it tells you how to upgrade the firmware:

3. If someone cannot log into the Upgrade Tool with your correct TP-Link ID and password, please refer to the below FAQ to do some basic troubleshooting:
