Dear all,

 

My TP-link Music somehow thinks it is connected to a device, while no Bluetooth devices are turned on and Bluetooth has been turned off on all my smartphones, tablets, etc. 

 

My phone is no longer able to connect to the TP-link, as the LED indicator is blue and therefor the adapter thinks it is connected to a device. NFC pairing won't work either. My phone recognises the adapter, prompts me with a question to connect, but when I confirm, it says it cannot connect because the adapter is not in pairing or a wrong PIN code has been entered. It does not ask me for a PIN code when trying to connect through NFC either. 

 

Any idea how to resolve this issue?

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

If you turn off the HA100 and power it back on, would the LED change to blinking white?

How long did you have the device?

And did it start just recently?
