Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: TL-ER6020(UN)_V2_20171222
The router stopped starting after an attempt to update the firmware. 
Was there any way to recover the firmware? Only the SYS, Power Led turn on.
No LAN / WAN activities

It seems that TP-Link router has not method for firmware recovery. You can try to push the reset button, and check if your cable and uplink device is still online.
