Hi, 

 

Strange problem. 

 

I get the following issues in Domoticz :

Philips Hue error getting Light states

 

When I ping the hue bridge you will get the information that packages are lost. 

 

When I change the router Hue works without any issues, but I want to use this router. 

 

I hope someone could help me out.

Can other wireless devices get internet from the Archer C7? 

 

What is the IP address and gateway obtained by the Hue bridge? Try to ping it from a local computer and show us the ping result. 

 

And you can change the wireless settings to give it a go, like the wireless channel and channel width. Please ensure that the firmware is up to date. 

 

Besides, you can give a call to their tech support to get some help.

@Kevin_Z Thank you for the quick reply.

 

The ip address/gateway are the same on both devices (Hue bridge and Archer C7). Other devices don't have any problems connecting to the router.

I checked with Philips and they sent me a new hub, but with the same result unfortunately.

 

I changed the channels/cables/hub/ports, but with no results. Only changing the router is successful.

 

In the meantime, I checked the IGMP snooping/proxy box. Hopefully, this will gives a positive result.

You can take your time to test whether it works well with the IGMP snooping/proxy box.
