Do you mean that you cannot connect one client to your EAP110-Outdoor?
Here are some suggestions for you:
1. Upgrade your firmware to the latest version. We often release a new firmware to add some new features or fix some bugs. So you can upgrade the firmware to check if the problem still exists.
2. EAP110-Outdoor only supports 2.4G frequency. So please check your client, can the client work at 2.4G frequency?
3. Reset your EAP110-Outdoor. We are not sure whether there si something wrong with the EAP, so you can have a factory reset for the EAP110-Outdoor.
