Sorry for the delay.

Did you guys all have the following firmware:

 Model: M7350
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 170802 Rel.1009n

Hardware Version: M7350(EU) v4.0

And want to update to the firmware  M7350(EU) 4.0_1.0.16 Build 181220 Rel.1116 with the error the upgrade firmware is not suitable?

If yes, please tag me here, and I would send you the related firmware flash tool since the original firmware is a specialized version.
