How to set all Ports to 1000MF (TL-SG1016DE)

Hi all,
I have a complete Gigalan Network but not all Ports use these. So my question is how to force each Port to use 1000MF?
I tried to use PortConfig with the ESC Utillity but there is no way to set a fix value. Even when I set Speed fix to 1000mf only 100mf will be used
Any help is appreciated
